When should I RSVP?
Due to a limited amount of space in the resort and limited inventory of certain rooms, room bookings will be on a first-come-first-served basis. We have a huge guest list, so you will want to book as soon as possible.

I noticed there are no occasions in the mornings and afternoons. What do we do then?
The afternoon is yours! Feel free to hang out by the pool or beach, engage in some water sports (kayaking, snorkeling, jet skiing), sightsee around Mayakoba / Riviera Maya, or check out some of the activities on-site (this includes fitness classes, golfing, miniature golf, yoga for adults and kids, eco cruise boat tour, bike tours, salsa making class, how to make the perfect margarita, massages, avocado natural mask and herbal footbath workshops, mezcal and chocolate pairing workshop, and so much more!). We have also secured a 20% discount in spa services at Naum Wellness & Spa for all wedding guests. Please call Andaz at +52 984 149 1234 (ext. 4790) to make reservations ahead of time.
What can we do about lunch everyday?
There are plenty of restaurants in and around the hotel you can feel free to check out. Guests can eat at any restaurant in the Mayakoba resort and charge to the room. There are shuttles that can take you to all the resorts. Please talk to the front desk and they will assist you with this.
Are children invited?
Yes!! We love your little ones and are excited to have them at our wedding. Andaz Mayakoba has a Kimbo Kid’s Club open from 9am to 5pm for your little ones to spend their days. Additionally, there are daycare and babysitting services available at the resort (for an additional cost), if needed. Please refer to the link on the ‘Travel’ tab for more information.
Can I bring a plus one?
We have a strict guest list given the limited number of space in the hotel. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accomodate those listed on your invitation.
How do we get around the venue to different event locations?
There are golf carts and bikes around the resort. You can also always walk and build up an appetite for all the food and drinks you will be devouring! ;)
